Roles

A role defines a set of people with a shared responsibility. 

These users will often be responding to tasks on Issues. Each user in the role is interchangeable with another so that, if one responds to the issue, the others in the role need not do so. When an issue is sent to a role, all users in the role gain access to the documents associated with the issue. 

If a user is removed from the role (or as a member of the space), they will lose access to the issue and its associated documents.

If a role is no longer needed, it may be turned off.
