When a task is allocated to you, BCDE will send you an email immediately.
Occasionally, emails from BCDE may be automatically moved to your junk folder. If you are expecting an email from BCDE and haven't received it yet:
- In your mail host, go to your junk mail/spam folder.
- If you find your emails there, make sure to mark all BC emails as safe, or not junk.
In the future, they should come through to your main inbox.
If the above does not resolve your issue, please get in touch with Amodal support to assist. When you do, please provide:
- Type of Issue Notification email you think you aren't receiving, i.e. is it the QA Issue, a Change Request Issue, the CMT Issue, etc.
- The Project full name you are working on
- What date and time you think you should have received the Issue
- If you have it, a URL/weblink to the specific Issue in question.
