Document did not get autotagged properly

Problem:

A document was uploaded with correct naming convention but some metadata fields were not updated automatically (these might be highlighted in red to indicate this).

Reason:

Some metadata fields are dropdown list and as such will only accept values if they ar an exact match to the options defined in the list.

Typically the following metadata fields are dropdown:

• Document Type
• Originator
• Volume
• Level
• Discipline
• Drawing Type (if Type is a Drawing)
• Unique Number

Troubleshoot:

Compare the value in the file name that corresponds to the metadata fields that has not been tagged automatically with the options available in the list.

Resolution:

If you have made a typo, the file should be deleted, renamed locally and uploaded reattempted (this is done to ensure that next version will stack properly).
