Document did not get autotagged properly

Problem:

A document was uploaded with correct naming convention but some tags were not updated automatically.

Reason:

Some metadafields are dropdown list and as such will only accept values if they ar an exact match to the options defined in the list.

Typically the following metadafields are dropdown:

• Document Type
• Originator
• Volume
• Level
• Role

Troubleshoot:

Compare the value in the file name that corresponds to the metadata fields that has not been tagged automatically with the options available in the list.

Resolution:

If you have made a typo, the file name should be renamed to ensure that next version will stack properly.
