No Access message when issuing

When attempting to Issue out multiple files I'm getting a No Access message, like the one below, why is this?



That error is usually because either:

1) You don't have access to the documents listed, or
2) The metadata on the documents is invalid and therefore can't be issued, or
3) The documents are locked (because another issue was started and abandoned, or manually locked)

Unfortunately, when multiple files are selected, it only takes 1 (from the 3 reasons above) to prevent Issuing out the whole batch. To correct, either:
  1. Unselect the files (Actions > Clear Selected) 
  2. Select the files that have invalid metadata, Actions, Edit Metadata, correct and Save
  3. (If you have any files locked or black links, either don't select these and Issue without, or contact support to assist you first)
  4. Select the files you wish to send and Workflow > chosen workflow route as trained
